UL 508A CERTIFIED CONTROL PANEL BUILDER

Complete Controls is a UL 508A certified industrial control panel fabricator. Meaning you can count on us for not only unparalleled quality, but safety as well. We at Complete Controls know that safety for users is the number one priority for our customers. The UL 508A certification is one of the most prestigious and recognized safety and quality certifications in the industry which is just another reason why Complete Controls is one step ahead of the competition.

Quality

Every panel that leaves our doors undergoes a rigorous three step quality control inspection process in order to maintain the highest quality standard possible. Wire connection "pull checks" are performed at each step of our quality control process by three different people. Alongisde the pull check, the panel is also put through extensive functionality tests to make sure that your panel not only looks flawless, but operates just as sound.

Step 1

Each highly skilled panel builder performs an individual check on their work, making sure the general construction, wiring, and components meet not only our high standards, but the customer's specifications.

Step 2

At this point every panel is examined further by a shop manager, performing pre-power checks to verify the safety and functionality of the panel.

Step 3

Finally, the panel is powered by a technician to program, and test the operation of the panel. Final component verification, safety testing, and operational analysis is performed.
