Q: What part of the control panel process does Complete Controls do?

A: Complete Controls is capable of taking an idea of how to complete a process into reality. Meaning we can design, engineer, build, and install custom control panels.

Q: Install... Does that mean Complete Controls will run conduit and wire to our machine?

A: Absolutely! We will work with you and your schedule to do whatever it takes to get your process up and running.

Q: What if I want a custom Logo on my panel?

A: With our laser engraving system we have the ability to
make your logo shine even in color!

Q: What do I have to supply?

A: All you need to get started is an idea, and we will take it from there.
Our experienced, knowledgeable team can turn any idea
into a turn key system in no time.

Q: What if I already have drawings, and parts?

A: We can also build to customer specs.If you supply us with drawings and
parts, we can assemble the panel, and mark up the drawings, if needed, as well.

Q: Do I have to order a certain quantity of panels?

A: We can do anywhere from a single , one-off panel to a set of 100 identical panels.
We can do whatever you need in regards to quantity.

Q: How would I go about getting more information on your ModCenter

A: You can email or call our office and a representative would be happy to
give you more information and possibly setup a time for a live demo of the ModCenter. 

Q: Are your panels UL certified?

A: We offer UL 508A certified control panels if required.

Q: What testing is performed before delivery?

A: Every panel undergoes rigorous testing, including a three step quality control system, pre-power safety inspections, and live power-up tests to ensure full functionality and compliance.
